If you have services to offer, now it is time for you to get some customers! A lead is your future customer. Add some information about your leads like; name, phone number, address, website, sector, segment etc... Also, Loyo wants to know of your first impression about your lead. Did you like them? Will they be a good customer for you? For sure this information will be a secret between you and Loyo ;)

Arrange A Meeting

For turning your lead into a client you need to impress them. Why not arrange a meeting with the potential client. Create a meeting in Loyo so it will be sent automatically to your lead with the information of; meeting time, meeting subject, zoom, teams link etc. After your meeting you can save the meeting notes. Loyo will send you and your lead an e-mail including the notes of the meeting. Thls will prevent "I've said that before" issues ;)

You've finished your meeting, and you've decided that you can work with the lead. Let's talk about time and money! Create your proposal in Loyo and send it to your lead. Your lead will get a link and view your proposal so that they can confirm, deny your proposal or want revision from you with one click. You can revise it in your Loyo account and send them back again. This process can continue untill the proposal is closed by you.

You've got the job so the lead becomes the customer, congrats!!! Now it is time to think about your time management. You can create your project with its sections and tasks. Define your deadlines and share them with your customer with one click. Loyo's project management tool will help you a lot for your time management.

Making a task list and checking each item on that list when it is completed will motivate you a lot. You can seperate your tasks in modules, you can tag them based on you like them or not (loyo cares your life too) so you can put them in order as it fits you right. To prevent customers' repeating quiestions like "how is our project going?", "what percentage of our tasks is completed?" You can send a project report with one click. Customer gets a link in e-mail and can see how the project is going.

We all work for money to be honest. The best part of loyo is counting the money you earn :). When your proposal is accepted, loyo saves the price of the project as waiting income. When you get down payment or installments from the client, you can save it to your accounting module to see how much you will get for this project in the future.
